Terms and Conditions
The present conditions settled the relationships between “MALLOFBG.com” as one part and the users of “Mallofbg.com ” site as the other part, including those who have required registration of user name(ID) and a password for entrance.

1. General conditions for using the site SERVICES. |

MALLOFBG.COM provides to the user the following SERVICES: access to information and data base via internet, advertisements, statistical data, publishing of press release news and advertisement charts, hosting, site construction, domain registration, e-commerce, civil advertisements, called for the purpose of this document - THE SERVICES.
The CONDITIONS can be updated at any time, without special notification to be sent to the users. MALLOFBG.COM does not bear any responsibility if the USER has not got acquainted with the last version of the present CONDITIONS.
During the process of using the SERVICES of MALLOFBG.COM, the USER is obliged to observe the present CONDITIONS, as well as all other conditions in compliance with the Bulgarian and International Legislation, even if they are not written in the present CONDITION.
The present general conditions give information and contain all rules for using the site and the system resources by every user and/or trader/supplier/.

2. Description of the CONDITIONS. |

MALLOFBG.COM provides SERVICES under the following CONDITIONS:
The USER understands and accepts the fact, that the CONDITIONS are provided “in the form they are”, that the MALLOFBG.COM is not responsible for the deletion, timeliness, impossibility to be provided or saved personal user settings or communications, as well as for caused damages, missed benefits or other losses, which have occurred as a result of using (or the impossibility of using due to technical problems, preventive maintenance, administrator decisions or other) the SERVICES.
Every trader/supplier is responsible for the maintenance of the published data in his DOMAIN.
Each offer, published by the trader/supplier at the address of MALLOFBG.COM, has to contain the following information:
• Product name
• Product price with included VAT
• Short and full description of the offer
• Action (buying, selling, renting, exchanging or other)
• Trader/supplier address
• Name of the trader/supplier
• Contact information of the trader/supplier- phone number and e-mail

3. USERS rights and obligations during registration |

|
|
By using the MALLOFBG.COM site the USER agrees:
3.1 To provide the complete, accurate, and actual personal information (name, user name and e-mail), called from now on for the purpose of these CONDITIONS – “PERSONAL INFORMATION”
3.2 If the USER provides fake, incomplete or unpunctual information, MALLOFBG.COM has the right to close and/or delete the user information and to refuse further access to a part or to all SERVICES.
3.3 All PERSONAL DATA or other DATA, which was voluntarily provided by the USER in order to use the MALLOFBG.COM SERVICES is kept, processed and used by MALLOFBG.COM for the purpose of maintaining different functionalities of the SERVICE and for the purpose of advertisement.
3.4 MALLOFBG.COM has the right to use the USER’s IP addresses for the identification of USERS identity in the cases when it is required for the execution of the law, jurisdiction procedures or in order to be fulfilled the present CONDITIONS.
3.5 The personal USER correspondence is strictly confidential, and it will not be checked or read without the USERS’ special permission and/or direction.

4. USER BEHAVIOUR |

4.1 The USERS of the SERVICES understand that the information, data, published opinions, text, prices, photographs or other materials (called for short and for the purposes of these terms of conditions – “CONTENT”) which become public property or are transmitted confidentially, are responsibility only of those who generates this CONTENT
4.2 The USER who uses the SERVICE, is fully responsible for the sent information via electronic mail or transferred in another way, by the SERVICE CONTENT.
4.3 MALLOFBG.COM does not control the CONTENT, sent and distributed by the SERVICES, and because of this can not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness or the character of the CONTENT.
4.4 By using the SEVICES, the USER can fall upon a CONTENT, which has abusive, obscene or unacceptable character. MALLOFBG.COM does not bear any responsibility in any case about the CONTENT created by the USERS, including any mistakes and omissions and /or for any other damages of any character which have resulted due to the usage of the CONTATENT, shown, published, sent or transferred in some other way by the SERVICES.
The USER agrees NOT to USE the SERVICE of MALLOFBG.COM in order to:
Formulate, send or transfer in some other ways CONTENT which is against the law, harmful, threatening, abusive, provoking trouble, offended, discrediting, vulgar, indecently, calumnious, violating confidentiality of others or unacceptable because of racial, ethnic or other causes, presents himself for a man or a group of people, including but not only for a: representative of MALLOFBG.COM, leader of a forum, index or host, as well as using other ways to lie about his affiliation to a certain man or group of people;
The USER of the system does not have the right to commit actions, which violate the general accepted rules of communication, to commit malicious damages, virus propagation and others which violate of damage the rights of third parties;
To violate the normal work of other USERS of the SERVICE, including the case when he is not using it, to influence in any other way, which negatively is influencing the possibility of the other users to take part in data transmission at real time;
To violate intentionally or unintentionally the local, national or international laws;
The USERS of MALLOFBG.COM do not have the right to copy, propagate or use texts, pictures, images or parts of the site, without the special permission of MALLOFBG.COM.

5. OTHERS |
|
|
|
MALLOFBG.COM has the right to change the technology and design of the SERVICES without previous notification.
MALLOFBG.COM has the right to send to its USERS, system massages in relation to new SERVICES or changes of the conditions and terms for use of the existing SERVICES.
The advertisers are fully responsible for the content of the advertisements as well as for the trade marks which published in the site of MALLOFBG.COM.
MALLOFBG.COM has the right to delete USER’s user name, if the latter has not been used for 3 months and does not have any actual SERVICES. MALLOFBG.COM has the right at any time to withdraw the rights for using the MALLOFBG.COM free domains of USERS, who have violated the user contract and if the SERVICE based on these domains has not been actualized or controlled via the user administration for 180 days, in this case, the user will be notified by MALLOFBG.COM via e-mail 30 days in advance for the expiration of this 180 days period. The visibility of the used domains or sub domains will be limited or suspended in the cases when the quotes of the used services have exceeded the permissible number at the moment when they are set in compliance to the parameters of the used services.
MALLOFBG.COM has the right to take away already used by USERS sub domains, which have administrative characters in terms of administrative work of MALLOBG.COM. When such domains have been detected, MALLOFBG.COM will sent to the USERS a notification which will inform the USERS that the domain could not be used any more after the currant subscription period expires. The notification concerning the previous sentences is sent to the USER of the sub domain via e-mail, taken from the contact address data base of the USER. In the case when the USER have left wrong contact address, the status of the notification will be regarded as received, MALLOFBG.COM is not obliged to search for other contact addresses of the USER.
MALLOFBG.COM is not responsible for the actuality of the published offers in the site as well as for their content and for any other information, published by the users of the site.
MALLOFBG.COM is not responsible for the users of the system, as well as for third parties, in case when a trader or retailer publishes in the site illegally acquired or forbidden for distribution information, as well as there are evidence for violation, copying or any other illegal usage of somebody else’s trade mark, or unique brand mark, as well as all other information such as picture, sound, image and so on, which violates property and non-material rights of third parties.
MALLOFBG.COM is not responsible for USER damages, which can occur as a consequence from the usage of the published SERVICES in the site.
